The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations <br />should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The <br />inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />i. During the inspection, it was discovered that no protective berm or liner was installed <br />around and under the above around fuel storage tank located on the permit area. This puts the <br />hvdrologic balance at the site. as described in 3.1.6 and 3.1.7 of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations, at risk <br />installations to DMG within 60 davs of receipt of this inspection report. <br />2. During the inspection, it was discovered that fuel had been spilled on the ground near the above <br />ground storage tank.
