III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below aze comments on [he inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments <br />also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Jerry Nettleton (Nettleton) of Twentymile Coal Company (Twentymile) accompanied Byron Walker (Walker) <br />of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) during this inspection of the Foidel Creek Mine. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS <br />See the DMG Availability of Records check sheet attached. All records were found on file with the exception <br />of the June 2005 Division inspection report and the 2"d Quarter impoundment inspection reports. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />Mazkers (Rule 4.02.3) delineating the perimeters of azeas affected by surface operations or facilities were in <br />place. A description of such mazkers is found on page 2.05-12 of the PAP (posts with bright fluorescent paint, <br />orange surveyor markers, or fenced). <br />Identification signs at the entrances onto the Permit area from public roads were found to be in place and in <br />excellent condition. <br />Buffer zone signs were in place.
