Colbert, Helen McClellan <br />and Robert Brubaker <br />Commissioners absent: <br />County Administrator: <br />County Attorney <br />Clerk and Recorder: <br />Thomas J. Weaver <br />Bob Slough <br />Jean DeGraff <br />the following proceedings, among others, were taken: <br />Resolution # 4-93~ <br />WHEREAS, Under CRS 35-5.5, et. seq, "Colorado Weed Management Act", the Board <br />of County Commissioners of each county shall adopt an undesirable plant management <br />plan for all the unincorporated lands within the county; and <br />WHEREAS, the Montezuma County Weed Advisory Commission after deliberation and <br />study has recommended the adoption of the weed plan as presented, and to be known and <br />referred to as the ivIONTEZUMA COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE WEED <br />ivIANAGEMENT PLAN; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Montezuma County, Colorado <br />wishes to comply fully and fairly with all provisions of the Colorado Weed Management <br />Act as adopted. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Montezuma <br />County, Colorado: <br />THAT Montezuma County Resolution # 4-93, be adopted, and become effective <br />immediately. <br />
