IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and
date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of
violations cited during previous inspections.
No new enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection.
NOV CV-2005-008 was issued on October 26, for "failure to maintain upland diversion culverts
and a haul road culvert in accordance with approved designs and applicable performance
standards". The NOV specified partially blocked Culvert "D" inlet, and totally blocked inlets of
Culvert "E" and Culvert "H". The NOV was modified November 1 to include Road Culvert "J",
which was partially blocked.
Required abatement is to restore design capacity of Culverts "D", "E", and "H" and "J",
November 9. 2005. By November 1, Culverts "E"and "H" had been cleaned out, and Culvert "D"
clean-out was in progress. Culvert "J" clean-out had not yet been initiated, although sediment
had been excavated from the inlet sump.
There are no other outstanding NOV abatements.
NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS
Revised 2/97
