IV. EN80RCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the
required abatement and date of abatement for the violation, previous violations
still requiring abatement and the termination of violations cited during previous
inspections.
Notice of Violation CV-2000-008 was issued for not providing the Division [(Act 34-
33-110(5) and Rule 2.03.9(1)], and not having in the mine's public records [(Act 34-
33-122(8) and Rule 5.02.4], a current public liability insurance certificate. The
permittee shall abate the violations by providing the required certificate copies by
October 20, 2000.
