Our report will presrnt geotechnical
rngineering slope stability analysis for the conditions encountered including the following:
Slope stability analysis of the current slope configuration,
A discussion of the results of the analysis and aspects of the site which may influence the
slope stability,
A discussion of potential mitigation techniques for the observed conditions.
- It should be noted that due to the steepness and extensive size of the area influenced that a
technically and economically feasible mitigation for the observed conditions may not be
available.
- Our analysis and suggestions and tccomme:,dations will be based on the subsoil and ground
water conditions encountered and on our experience with similar Soil conditions. .
- The data generated during our field and laboratory studies will also be presented in our
geotechnical engineering report.
- Our study will not address environmental or geologic hazard issues
Our scope of work does not include the design of actual slope suppott or retaining structures,
We are available to proceed with the scope of services outlined upon your authorization, upon site
access, and upon availability of otrr drill rig. We anticipate about two (z) to three (3) weeks advance
notice to schedule our field ctcw, The field study will take approximately one (1) day to cotrtplete.
We can discuss our tindings and recommendations with the appropriate personnel prior tp the
completion of our written report. This Fee includes
drill rig service fees to advance the test borings. The fee also includes laboratory tests, geotechnical
engineering analysis, preparation and submittal of otu initial report. This fee does not include additional
costs due for additional consultation due to the review process by the .State of Colorado. Out fcc
includes four (4) copies of our report. Additional copies will he invoiced at 575.00 per copy.
We will make every reasonable effort to access your project site.
