I arrived at the project site at 10:30 A.M. as requested by :~1r. Henry Barb.
I performed soil density tests as requested by Mr. Barb of material being placed
on gob pile, using nuclear soil density test methods. Please refer to the test
results sheets for approximate test locations and test results. The test results
were verbally given to Mr. Colby Reid of West Elk Coal Mine at the time of our
site visit, The test locations were determined by Mr. Reid. The test results
indicate only the relative compaction and soil moisture content of the material
tested at the elevation and location tested at the time of our site visit.
