The 100-year ditch above the RUA was breached in two locations in the northwest corner. It <br />appeared that a small mud slide from above the ditch created a blockage that resulted in the <br />breach. All flows are designed go to pond 8 from both the RDA itself and the small <br />watershed area above the RDA. The resultant flow appeared to be minimal and caused no <br />damage. erosion or instability Flow traveled around the perimeter of the RDA surface and <br />entered pond 8 through the west down drain as designed, Terrace benches duetted flows to <br />downdrains as designed. Oowndrains appeared in good condition with no evidence of <br />erosion or damage. Re-shaping of the 100 year d~fch is required <br />Revegetation <br />Reclaimed areas are doing vary well do to <br />abundant precipitation and warm weather. The <br />operator has completed weed spraying <br />measures over the entire site Shown at right ~s <br />the reclaimed SW coal stockpile area. <br />Seeding and mulching of the mine water <br />discharge pond has been completed. <br />Development Waste Pile <br />The operator has completed reclamation of the <br />Development Waste Pile (DWP) Two feet of <br />cover material and topsoil is required.
