This document has been prepared in response to that request and the <br />operator is proceeding with the site weed control efforts accordingly. <br />The Stevens Mine status is summarized as follows: <br />1. A solid 30-20-20 fertilizer Q 1001bs per acre was applied to reclaimed area in <br />September 2006. <br />2. Approximately eight acres have been disturbed to date. <br />3. In 2006, site was sprayed in the early spring and fall with Tordon 22K Q %: <br />gallon per acre <br />4. [n early June 2007, permitted site will be sprayed with 2,4-D (a31 qt + 5 oz <br />Milestone +'/x Teh>r Treatment <br />5. Acme will use this new weed spray treatment mix for the next few years <br />
