ZV. Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates
The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during inspections
and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT
ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are
to be clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e. g., January 31, 2982 and underlined.)
034-83-01 Clear brush, weeds and sediment from north and east side undisturbed diversions
and restore design dimensions by May 27, 1983.
