Written information pertaininp to problem correction has not been submitted <br />timely. and operation details such as amount of disturbance or reclamation (which act to inform the Division of reclamation <br />liability. bond amount adepuacv. and plan compliance) which are required to be in the annual reports, have not been <br />included in such reports. The operator has been informed numerous times that this office requires TIMELY, WRITTEN <br />evidence that problems have been corrected. and that mining and reclamation activities must be adepuately reported. This <br />is especially important given the operation's status as a DMO: reporting must be complete and timely. To-date evidence <br />of problem correction has been accomplished only through follow up inspections by the Division, and by the Division <br />contacting the operator.
