The insputor noted on the previous page should be notified of all mrnctive actions taken. <br />Correction Date 12/20/92 <br />(PB) Problem <br />Topic (SM)Signs and Markers <br />Boundaries of the affected land are marked with temporary pine at ground level. These are <br />not wholly adequate to locate the permit boundary in the field without conducting a survey. <br />There is no identifying sign at the entry way. <br />Prior to operating the pit, the operator mu et post a sign, clearly visible from the access <br />road that lists the name of the operator, a statement that the operation has been issued by <br />the Colorado Mined Land reclamation Board, and the MLRB permit number. The operator should <br />erect permanent field markers identifying the permit boundaries. These markers will help <br />keep equipment operators from working outside the permit boundaries and are necessary to <br />identify the boundaries during field inspections. <br />
