The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations <br />should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The <br />inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. A review of the file indicates that the operator was notified in 1998 that the bond needed to be OS / 16/ 02 <br />increased to $40,500.00. Bond has not been received to date. <br />PB or PV: .~~ <br />TOPIC(S): _E1~ <br />Corrective actions: The operator has three options to address the problem: 1) Post the reouired bond of OD - <br />~40.500.00. 2) Perform ennueh reclamation work and modify the Hermit to reduce the actual and <br />potential reclamation liability, or 3) A combination of numbers one and two. However, the operator <br />must work dilieently at whichever notion or combination is chosen because the remainder of the bond <br />will hecome due on August 16. 2002. <br />2.
