The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 3. An elevated fuel tank is located in the equipment storage area without adequate spill containment. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Remove the tank from the site or relocate it within an adequate spill containment structure. Submit photographic documentation of compliance with this corrective action. A significant accumulation of junk and scrap is located in the permit area behind the shop, which the current reclamation bond does not account for. 3-30-2001 PB or PV: PB TOPIC(SI: AT 3-30-2001 PB or PV: PB TOPICISI: FN CORRECTIVE ACTION: _, _, _ Remove the bulk of the scrap and junk from the site, or submit a revision to the permit addressing storage of the scrap and junk. The revision must include an updated reclamation cost exhibit that specifies the proposed maximum amount of this material to be stored within the permit area and the associated costs for demolition and disposal of this material.
