The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseveritywhen considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1 • 04/ 24/ OS <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that there were no boundary markers identifying <br />the permit boundary at the site. The is a problem related to Section 3.1.12 121 of the <br />Construction Materials Rules and Regulations for failure to mark the boundaries of the <br />affected area by monuments or other markers that are clearly visible and adequate to <br />delineate such boundaries. <br />PB or PV: ~B_ <br />TOPIC(S): ~M <br />Corrective Actinn• Place apnrn~iate boundary markers at the site within 30 daygpf rP~P"Tnf - - <br />of this inspection rPRort. and send photos to DMG for verification. <br />2• OS / 24/ OS <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that topsoil stockpiles at the site were devoid of <br />vegetation.
