Suoaort Facilities <br />The grill bin at the service area has been removed. Only a few tanks and a minor amount of <br />mine-related parts and equipment remain at the service area. The two storage trailers at the <br />office area remain. A portable coal crusher is located at the coal loadout. An estimated <br />5000 cubic yards of coal remains at the coal loadout. Mr. Steele discussed hauling that <br />material back to the disturbed area and burying it in the pit area above fill 7. <br />Excess Spoil <br />The three excess spoil fills at the site were traversed on foot. All appeared stable with no <br />visible sign of slumps, slides, or damage. Fill 8 has yet to be completed, with downdrain and <br />terrace construction remaining. Fills 7 and 9 on the south side of the disturbed area have <br />been topsoiled and revegetated. Fertilization of these completed areas has yet to be done. <br />Overall, the site appeared in good condition for the tall season <br />
