The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />3. During the inspection it was discovered that the site has not been fully reclaimed and <br />during the review of records, it was discovered that the Operator had notified the Division <br />that reclamation of the site commenced in the fall of 1995. This is a problem related to <br />Rule 3.1.3 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations which states that all <br />reclamation shall be carried to completion by the Operatorwith all reasonable diligence, <br />and each phase of reclamation shall be completed within five 151 years from the date the <br />Operator informs the Board or Office that such phase has commenced unless extended by <br />the Board or Office. <br />Corrective Action: Submit a technical revision to the aermit identifying what measures will be <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />12/ ly oa <br />PB or PV: ~6_ <br />TOPIC(S~: ~.Z <br />
