The reclamation plan and permit maps do not specify whether the aggregate processing plant, office, stockpile area, <br />shop & equipment storage area, and concrete plant will remain during final reclamation. Unless otherwise specified by <br />Varra Companies, Inc. the Division will include demolition and reclamation costr for all of these features during evaluation <br />of an adequate reclamation cost for the site. Demolition costs will include itemized costs for removal of all buildings, <br />concrete foundations, paved surfaces, fuel tanks, and non-roadable mining equipment. However, Varra Companies, Inc. <br />may submit a modification to their permit to allow for some or all of these features to remain during final reclamation if <br />they can demonstrate written evidence of concurrence from the landowner and from Weld County for zoning of <br />industrial/commercial use for these particular areas. <br />6. There was no entrance sign as required by Rule 3.1.12. The Division considers this matter to be a problem that will <br />require corrective actions.
