The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. fie possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. Three barrels of unidentified material on the bench above the mine building were not Jur/e 30.' 2000 <br />stored in drip pans or on pallets. This is in possible violation of Rule 3.1.6.(1) of the Hard Rock <br />Rules and Regulations. CORRECYIVE ACTION(S): Determine the contents of barrels, testing <br />the contents if they are unknown, and provide copies of the test results to DMG. If the <br />contents have the potenfial to be contaminants to surtace or groundwater, provide drip <br />pans with enough capacity to contain possible spills for them o be stored in.
