(Page 2) • <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: _ M-19A9-n75 <br />INSPECTION DATE: _~1/1A/nn INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~1.1~ <br />The following observations were made during a routine check of this site. <br />1) Signs and boundary markers were' posted in accordance with the Rules. <br />2) Three barrels of unidentified material on the bench above the mine building were not stored in drip pans or <br />on pallets. Please explain what is in the barrels, and test the contents if they are unknown, providing copies of <br />the tests to DMG. If the contents have the potential to be contaminants to surface or groundwater, provide drip <br />pans with enough capacity to contain possible spills for them to be stored in. (PB1) <br />3) The roof of the mill building and the rest of the external structure appears sound.
