The purpose of the <br />inspection was to assess the facility's compliance with minimum standards contained in the Solid Wastes Sites <br />and Facilities Act, Title 30, Article 20, Part 1, C.R.S., as amended, and the Regulations thereunder, 6 CCR 1007- <br />2. A copy of the field inspection report is enclosed for your information. <br />Results of the inspection indicate that the facility is incompliance with the Solid Waste Regulations. However, <br />the inspection found that the site does not have an approved Storm Water Management Plan and Permit, issued by <br />our Water Quality Conffol Division.
