The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br /> PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br /> AND <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> CORRECT ION <br /> DATE <br />1. There ie not an adequate map of the permit area nor 07/05/94 <br />descripti on in the files, sufficient to determine area PB or PV: PB <br />extent or impact. TOPIC(S): AR <br />Operator will submit to the Division by the date shown, <br />a map of the permit area ae discussed on page 2. <br />2. There are not markers on the site which adequately 07/05/96 <br />delineate the entire permit boundary, pursuant to Rule PB or PV: PB <br />6.7. TOPIC(S): SM <br />Operator will install markers and identify other <br />features to be used to delineate the actual permit area <br />boundary. Evidence of such placement will be submitted <br />to the Di vision, in the form of photos, by the date <br />shown. <br />3. <br /> PB or PV <br /> TOPIC(S) <br />
