The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. Water is being impounded in the concrete storage area. This storage o[ concrete May S, 2000 <br />rubole in water is not covered under the curent permit. and is in contradiction of PB or PV PB <br />Rule 6.4.4(c) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. TOPIC(S) BG <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Either a technical revision must be submitted, in <br />cotrtpliance with Rule 3.1.5(9), describing the reclamation measures to be taken in <br />storing the concrete in water, or the water must be drained from this azea within 30 <br />days, and proof of same sent to DMG. <br />2. One of the tanks in the process a[ea did not have a containing hero or tank, and its May S, 2000 <br />convents are unknown. This is in contradiction of Rule 3.1.6 of the Construction PB or PY pB <br />Materials Rules and Regulations, which states that disturbances to the p[evailing ~ TOPIC(S) SF <br />hydrologic balance will be minimized. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Test the tank's <br />contents, and if they are found to be either Cuel or wastes, place a berm or other <br />containment around the tank.
