Pipe and used culverts
have been placed on site. It is incumbent upon the operator to ensure that the site is kept in as neat a condition as
possible. The debris is noted only as an issue of concern at this time for future monitoring. If the pile continues to
grow, the Division will have to recalculate the bond to include a task for removal and disposal of such materials. It
is the Division's preference that such piles not be allowed to accumulate to begin with.
No hazardous or petroleum products are being stored on site at this time.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Russ Means at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and
Safety, Grand Junction Field Office, 101 South 3`d Street, Room 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, phone no.
970-241-1117.
I & E Contact Address cc:
^ CE
NAME: Merial Currier ^ BL
OPERATOR: Currier Gravel, Inc. ^ FS
STREET: P.O.
