Provisions have not been made in PB or PV PB the reclamation plan for its removal and/or TOPIC(S) F'W reclamation. Please comment on the statue and future plane for the approximately 4500 cubic yards of recycled asphalt. If neceearry, the Division may require an additional bond for the removal of this material. The North Delta Pit did not contain an entrance sign or Juaa 30, 1.995 permit area markers ae required by Rule 3.1.12. If this concern ie not addressed by Corn Construction by June 30, 1995 the Division will recalculate the reclamation coat and include coats for dewatering and backfillinq the lake.
