The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br /> PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br /> AND <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> CORRECTION <br /> DATE <br />1. The operator has mined into the setback for the April 25, 1996 <br /> southern boundary. This is a possible violation of the PB or PV PV <br /> mining plan and C.R.e. 34 -32.5-116(1) for failing to TOPIC(S) MP <br /> perform the reclamation as prescribed by the <br /> reclamation plan. <br />2. The operator has not mined the pit at 3:1 elopes, ae April 25, 1996 <br /> agreed to in the mining plan. This is a possible PB or PV PV <br /> violation of the mining plan and C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(1) TOPIC(S) BG <br /> and (4)(a), for failing to perform the reclamation ae <br /> prescribed by the reclamation plan, and failing to <br /> carry on grading so ae to create an appropriate final <br /> topography. <br />3. The topsoil stockpiles are covered with cheatgraes May 6, 1996 <br /> instead of western wheatgraes. These stockpiles must be PB or PV P~ <br /> treated for the cheatgraes infestation, and reseeded TOPIC(S) TS <br /> with western wheatgraee, or more bond moat be posted to <br /> compensate for inadequate stockpile material. <br />4. The bond will be refigured based on observations made <br /> during this inspection. The operator may either poet PB or PV PB <br /> adequate bond at that time, or complete reclamation TOPIC(S) FW <br /> work commeasurate with the currently posted bond. This <br /> is in accordance with Rule 4.2.1(1) and (2) of the <br /> Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. <br />
