If future mining activities will not approach closer than <br />200' of the buried gas pipeline, please state such. If future mining activities will <br />approach the pipeline closer than 200', please provide the information required by <br />Rule 6.4.19. <br />6.4.19 Where the mining operation will adversely affect the stability of any <br />significant, valuable or permanent man-made structure located within <br />two hundred (200) feet of affected land, the applicant may either: <br />la) provide a notarized agreement between the applicant and the <br />person(s) having an interest in the structure, that the applicant is to <br />provide compensation for any damage to the structure; or <br />(b) where such an agreement can not be reached, the applicant shall <br />provide an appropriate engineering evaluation that demonstrates that <br />such structure shall not be damaged by activities occurring at the <br />mining operation. <br />PB 2 -Issued for weed infestation at the clay pit and throughout the reclaimed portions <br />of the permit area. Operators response, contained in 3/12/96 letter, stated that the <br />County Weed Control District will be spraying weeds at the appropriate time each <br />summer.
