IIx. cora~NTS - <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement <br />actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the <br />enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. Rick Mills represented the <br />operator during the field portion of the inspection. Sandra White <br />represented the operator during the records check. <br />Vegetation has greened up, although it has been a relatively dry spring. <br />The longwall is active in panel 13 Right. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS <br />All required records were available (see attached checklist). <br />3IGN5 AND MnRKRR$ <br />Mine i.d. signs and topsoil markers were properly displayed at numerous <br />locations inspected. <br />ROADS <br />Haul-roads, access-roads, and light-duty roads throughout the permit area <br />were in good condition.
