BLM. BLM's only Comment on this area was concern over the sparse revegetation, particularly on the steep reclaimed portal slopes. We discussed some ways in which these small, isolated areas might be included with revegetation sampling on the remainder of the mine areas. The S fan site and borrow area have been regraded to AOC, and all equipment has been removed. Day 2. Cameo Refuse Disposal Area 1 has been completed, except for the access road and a small portion at the SW corner, which are being left open for disposal of any coal fines resulting from reclamation of the remainder of the mine; this small area is not part of the bond release.
