The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS There was no permit ID sign observed, though one is required pursuant to Rule 3.1.12. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must provide evidence of the posting of an ID sign, containing all required information, by sending a statement of posting and a photo to this office by the date shown at right. The recent map is not adequate since it does not contain the permit boundary, and the operator's mining activity may have exceeded the permit boundary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must provide an updated map showing the correct permit boundary, plus the extent of the existing mining disturbance, both inside and outside the permit boundary, by the date shown at right. 3. Stormwater control does not appear to be adequate, with the opening of the pit to the east, though all discharges are required to be controlled or managed.
