These topsoil piles are not well vegetated either. <br />The deep slot in the east end of the pit also appears to affect control of stormwater runoff. Recent stormwaters do not appear <br />to be well contained onsite, since the slot may allow runoff from the pit to report to the natural drainageway east of the <br />permitted area. The size of bare surface of the pit floor, plus the steep gradient of the trail down to the drainageway are not <br />conducive to good stormwater management, and the topic of "stormwater management plan" is noted as a problem on page <br />one. The correction of this problem will be for the operator to provide this office a coov of the stormwater management plan <br />No further items were observed during the inspection.
