III. COMMENTS-COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />North Thompson Creek) was measured at 5 gallons per 12 seconds (0.056 cubic feet per <br />second}. One-fifth of the inflow to the Long Pond was estimated to be from Portal 3, 4/5 <br />from Portal l .There was no evidence of any other permit-related surface water. There was <br />no flow at the seep (sulfur) between Portal 1 and Portal 3, but the area appeared wetter <br />than usual. The pasture adjacent to, and north of, the conveyor corridor of the loadout site <br />was being flood-irrigated. <br />The depth of siltation in Culvert 6 was measured.
