ADDITIONAL RECORDS <br />_Y_4)_ Public Review Files_ <br />1) The inspection reports of 11 September 2001 and 16 October 2001 were not found on file. <br />These types of reports are usually located in Binder 2, under DMG Insp Reps Tab. <br />Inspections from. <br />2) A copy of the current permit (Permit Number CO-0029599 issued 4 June 2001, expires July <br />31, 2006) was not found on file. This permit is usually located in Binder 1, under the NPDES <br />tab. Volume III Appendix 4-G of the PAP was not checked. <br />3) The 3~d Quarter 2001 DMR reports were not found on file. These reports are usually filed in <br />Binder 1, under ERA-DMR's Tab. <br />4) A number of Division-generated documents were removed from the Public Review file. A <br />number of operator-generated documents relating to closed actions were found in the <br />Public Review file along with the current ones, <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />The permit boundary signs on Middle Thompson Creek were not checked due to hazardous <br />road conditions. All other signs were in place and legible. <br />ROADS <br />All the roads appeared to be in compliance with the permit. Untracked snow indicated that <br />there had been no traffic on the closed Stoney Ridge road since snow accumulation. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />All Developed Water Resources impoundments were operating properly. All but the Long <br />Pond were frozen over with, except for P-9, clear outlets and inlets. The permitted change to <br />route Pond T-2 discharges to P-4 has not been accomplished. There was no discharge from <br />Pond T-2 to P-9. There was a small amount of water in Pond P-9.
