The Notice has been assigned Bureau of Land Management <br /> (BLM)case file number[COCO106778468]. Please refer to this number in future correspondence <br /> concerning this operation. <br /> Consistent with the surface management regulations at 43 CFR 3809.311(a),the BLM has reviewed the <br /> Notice to determine if it meets the content requirements at 43 CFR 3809.301(b). Based on our review,the <br /> following information is required from Almadex in order for the Notice to be complete: <br /> 3809.301(b)(1) Operator Information. In addition to the information provided, regulations also require <br /> the taxpayer ID number. <br /> Based on the information provided, is BLM correct in assuming that Heather Kidd will be the point of <br /> contact(POC)for this operation on the ground, but BLM will continue to communicate with you <br /> regarding the notice submission correct? <br /> 3809.301(2) Map. The map provided is adequate, however, on the map,a road is present that does not <br /> exist on the landscape(see attached photographs). Access to KC-25-002 will require additional cross- <br /> country travel and reclamation and to be accounted for in the Reclamation Cost Estimate. Access to KC- <br /> 25-006 may also require some additional contouring to access the desired pad location and not a direct <br /> shot east of hole KC-25-001. All will need to be accounted for in the RCE.
