Minor Revision 265 -MR-265 updates the permit by proposing to revise the interim revegetation <br /> monitoring timeframes described in Volume 1, Section 4.15.1(4).The revision was received on <br /> July 15, 2025, deemed complete on July 25, 2025, and approved on July 30, 2025. <br /> Minor Revision 266 -MR-266 updates the permit by proposing to remove the Collom Dewatering <br /> Plan, discontinue monitoring of the Trout Creek Well, and requests Stipulations 19 and 20 be <br /> removed from Colowyo's Permit. The revision was received on July 16, 2025, deemed <br /> complete on July 25, 2025, and approved on July 30, 2025. <br /> Minor Revision 267 -MR-267 updates the permit by proposing to remove the Lower Wilson area <br /> from Colowyo's permit to mine. Also requested under MR-267, Colowyo requests the <br /> Division remove Stipulations 2, 3, and 4 from the permit as the applicability of the stipulations <br /> is no longer necessary with the removal of Lower Wilson area.
