Exhibit 1 - Vegetation Information <br /> The site is dry land farming,with the crops being corn and wheat on a rotating basis <br /> from year to year farmed in strips of each and then rotated for the following years. <br /> The cover estimates range from 70- 100%cover during the growing season.The corn <br /> reach heights of 4'to 6',the wheat will be 10"to 16" depending on the year. Each <br /> strip is given a year occasionally to renew and recover and placed back into <br /> production the following year. <br />
