SSR Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine VLF2 Phase 3 Stage B NewFields Job No. 475.0106.072 Week Ending Friday, April 25, 2025 <br />Page 3 <br />3.0 MISCELLANEOUS, ISSUES, AND CONCERNS <br />Any damage that occurred to the geomembrane during Stage A tie-in exposure was protected <br />from inclement weather and marked for future repair. Exposed HVSC piping were trimmed <br />and capped preparing for future construction. <br />During geomembrane exposure activities the 24” HVSC collection header located at <br />approximately N59,055 E37,328 was damaged. The pipe was exposed to a non-damaged <br />section and inspected. No material had fallen into the exposed section of pipe. The pipe was <br />capped and protected for the interim. <br />Subgrade on the B.1 (10,325’ bench) and B.2 (10,450’ bench) was approved by NewFields for <br />SLF placement on 4/25/25.
