.0 <br />SSR <br />MINING <br />66. The response concludes with a statement that any necessary revisions to the system will be <br />documented and explained in a subsequent Technical Memorandum. Paired with the follow-up to <br />Adequacy Item #64, please commit to providing the Division with this Technical Memorandum to <br />determine if further permitting will be necessary. <br />A Technical Memorandum will be submitted to the Division detailing test results and design revisions to <br />determine if additional permitting is needed. It will take place after the results of the testing program are <br />available and design revisions are conducted. <br />72. Within Appendix F Water Balance, Section 2.8, please update Figure 5 similar to the revised Figure 4 <br />in Section 2.7.2, by showing the interconnectedness with the VLF1 PSSAs. <br />Appendix F, Water balance, Section 2.8, Figure 5 has been updated (Attachment 4). <br />New Adequacy Items: <br />75. Exhibit F Reclamation Plan Maps, Revised F-1 and F-2 Maps: The cross -hatched area showing <br />inaccessible areas where growth media cannot be placed within the Globe Hill/Schist Island Pit appears <br />to not be depicted accurately based on the contour lines. Additionally, based on the measurements <br />made by the Division, the west -facing WHEX backfill which goes down into Globe Hill appears to be an <br />area that should be considered accessible for growth media placement and revegetation. Please review <br />the maps and make the necessary changes. <br />Please see the revised F-9 and F-2 maps (Attachment 5). <br />76.
