5. Property Owner does hereby grant a right to ACI to ingress and egress to the <br /> property for the purpose of exploration and extraction of sand and gravel, and <br /> such processing equipment needed including but not limited to earthmoving <br /> equipment, crushers, screens, transportation equipment, scales, and asphalt <br /> plants. <br /> THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and <br /> personal representatives.
