If this area is not to be mined, topsoil must be redistributed over <br />the affected area in accordance with TMI’s approved reclamation plan, Rule 4.06.4 and Rule 4.13. Per the M10B <br />series map, portions of this pit are to have topsoil replaced in 2025 in addition to what should have been replaced <br />in 2023. <br /> <br />Colt (C) Pit appears to have been stripped of topsoil. This area is no longer going to be mined according to TMI’s <br />approved operation plan; therefore, topsoil must be redistributed over the affected area in accordance with TMI’s <br />approved reclamation plan and Rule 4.06.4. <br /> <br />Derringer (D) Pit has been backfilled and graded. According to the Map M10B series, D Pit was to be topsoiled in <br />2023. TMI has spread topsoil over most of the D Pit area, but it is not complete. As this was to have been <br />completed in 2023 in accordance with the approved plan, TMI must complete topsoiling D Pit in 2025, in <br />accordance with Rule 4.06.4, TMIs approved reclamation timeframes, and Rule 4.13. <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED – NA <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) - NA <br /> <br />
