EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The site is located 3.5 miles west of the town of Hayden in Routt County, Colorado. The mine is
located in part of the north half of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 89 West, of the 6th
Principal Meridian (PM). The 112c permit will include a total 182.4 acres.
A table of the .kml file for the permit boundary can be seen below. Latitude and longitude data
within the table conforms with Construction Materials Rule 6.4.1(2). The .kml file will be emailed
to the DRMS upon approval of the permit application.
The site entrance data is included on the title blocks of all maps included in this application.
