("Oldcastle" or "Applicant") in accordance with section 37-90-137(11), <br /> Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.), for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027. The <br /> mine is permitted with the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) under File No. <br /> M-77-098. The required fee of $257 for the renewal of this SWSP has been submitted (receipt <br /> no. 10042357).
