The inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the <br />DRMS. Nickie Gagnon of DRMS and Miranda Kawcak, Seneca Properties Inc. representative <br />were present throughout the inspection. No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected at the <br />time of inspection. The weather was partly cloudy and calm with temperatures hovering around <br />70 degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> <br />PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br />SL 8 <br />RN8 <br />TR83 <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 107.9 acres of Phase I <br />released acres are awaiting final bond release having completed the Phase III bond release <br />inspection in June of 2025. <br /> <br />SIGNS and MARKERS – Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) I 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4) I 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) I 4.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7) I 4.03.2(7) <br />o The entire site was accessible. <br />o Roads are in adequate repair with some rutting from muddy conditions earlier in the <br />spring. <br /> <br /> <br />
