Based on the <br /> call scenario and a 10% transit loss, an estimated 21 .40 acre-feet of replacement water is <br /> per year, as shown on attached Table 4. <br /> The first source of replacement is water leased from CRWCD for 13.3 acre-feet of water <br /> from Wolford Reservoir to the Colorado River below the Roaring Fork Confluence, as <br /> described in contract number CW12006, attached. Wolford Mountain Reservoir is located on <br /> the Muddy Creek drainage and was decreed by the Division 5 Water Court in case nos. <br /> 87CW283, 95CW281, and 98CW237. <br /> The second source of replacement is water leased from WDWCD for up to 14.5 acre-feet per <br /> year of water via exchange releases made by the District out of storage from Ruedi <br /> Reservoir, Green Mountain Reservoir, Alsbury Reservoir, or other WDWCD works or facilities as <br /> described in contract number 2308250CDCP(a), attached. <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> This SWSP is hereby approved pursuant to section 37-90-137(11), C.R.S., subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1 . This SWSP is approved with the effective date of August 1, 2025 and shall be <br /> valid through July 31, 2027 unless otherwise revoked or modified. If this SWSP <br /> will not be made absolute by a water court action by the SWSP expiration date, a <br /> renewal request must be submitted to this office with the statutory fee of $257 no <br /> later than June 1, 2027. <br /> 2. Well Permit No. 77321-F has been obtained for the current uses and exposed pond <br /> surface area of the gravel pit in accordance with section 37-90-137(2) and (11), <br /> C.R.S. Well permit no. 89627-F has been obtained for intermittent fill of the gravel <br /> pit in accordance with section 37-90-137(2) and (11), C.R.S. Pursuant to this SWSP, <br /> permit no. 77321-F will be amended to include the uses and amounts covered <br /> under permit no. 89627-F (which was issued incorrectly by DWR) and this SWSP. <br /> The Applicant shall maintain a valid well permit for this gravel pit. <br />
