For purposes of this SWSP,
depletions are assumed to accrue to a point on the South Platte River located 1,885 feet
from the West Section line and 1,600 feet from the South Section line in Section 6, Township
1 North, Range 66 West, 6th P.M.
Replacements
The proposed source of replacement water for this SWSP is fully consumable water leased
from the City of Aurora ("Aurora"). The Applicant provided a copy of the updated lease
extension agreement with Aurora on June 30, 2025 for an additional 34 acre-feet of
replacement water, and a copy of the lease is attached to this letter.
