The operation has created a depressed area. No stormwater or process water will leave the site and <br /> will be directed toward the center of the disturbed area. There are no highwalls and slopes will be <br /> maintained at 3H:lV or shallower. <br /> Topsoil and Overburden Handling <br /> Topsoil will be replaced at approximately 6 inches and overburden at 6 inches. Reclamation will <br /> bring current slopes to a 3H:1V slopes or shallower. The deposit is approximately 10 feet in <br /> depth. Topsoil will be imported for final reclamation activities. <br /> 6.4.5 Exhibit E <br /> Reclamation Plan <br /> General Reclamation Plan <br /> The maximum disturbed area to be reclaimed under this permit is 40.0 acres.Post-mining land <br /> use will return the site back to dry rangeland with native grasses. All areas of the site including <br /> will be reclaimed to 3H:1 V or shallower. No interior haul roads will remain following <br /> reclamation. All reclaimed areas will be sloped,topsoil replaced and seeded with the approved <br /> seed mix. <br /> Reclamation material will be imported for fill material and to create final grade, as well as <br /> topsoil. All import material used will be certified per Rule 3.1.5(9). All previously backfilled <br /> material that contains non-inert material will be removed prior to any further backfill operations <br /> onsite. The Division will be updated quarterly following approval of this amendment,to include <br /> onsite pictures,of this process. <br /> Topsoil Replacement <br /> Topsoil onsite is anticipated to range from 6 inches thick upon final reclamation. <br /> Haul Roads and Access <br /> One entrance road will connect the site to County Road 112 S. No interior haul roads will remain <br /> following reclamation. <br />
