The additions of VLF1 Phase 6 and VLF 2 Phase 4 are considered <br /> expansions to the existing approved VLF1 and VLF2 EPF, respectively. <br /> A monitoring program for surface and groundwater monitoring is presented in Exhibit G. The <br /> emergency response, spill prevention, control, and countermeasures, and emergency and spill <br /> reporting requirements, are contained in the Spill Response Plan (SRP) and the Emergency <br /> Response Plan provided in Appendix 11 and Appendix 12 of this amendment, respectively. <br /> The EPFs discussed in this EPP are shown in the attached Figure U-1, and a list is provided in <br /> Table U-2. In addition to the EPFs presented in this section, a number of systems throughout the <br /> site operate to control and contain chemicals and materials.
