Archaeological Consultants, Inc recommend that these structures be
avoided during ground-disturbing impacts (Kluver and Fresher 2024).
■ The structures will remain on site, well secured within fencing and locked
gates.
Access Roads
o Highbury Resources is requesting approval to revise the scope to allow for the
access roads to remain.
■ Highbury proposes to retain the access roads for future operations.
■ If a mine plan is submitted, the access roads, upon completion of mining
would be included in the reclamation plan for any proposed future
activities. If it is decided that a mine plan will not be submitted, the access
roads will be reclaimed at that time.
