If deemed appropriate,based on this analysis, <br /> Colowyo shall establish one or more points of compliance for the <br /> Colowyo Mine. <br /> Stipulation 20 A discharge permit for water pumped from the dewatering wells must <br /> be in place,and a minor revision to the permit submitted and <br /> approved by the Division to update section 2.03.10 of Volume 1 of the <br /> Permit Application Package,before any pumping from wells <br /> associated with the Collom Pit is allowed to occur. <br /> Section IV - Permit Variances <br /> Rule 2.06.2- Experimental Practices Mining: The Colowyo Mine originally constructed the <br /> Streeter Fill as an experimental practice under Rule 2.06.2.
