With the exception of Topsoil Stockpile D, located near the shop facilities, all topsoil stockpiles
appeared to be stable and in excellent condition. They are all stabilized with adequate vegetative cover and no
evidence of erosion or sediment transport was noted. All ring berms were in tact and appeared to be functioning
as designed. Topsoil Stockpile D near the shop facilities had recently had material removed from the pile. The
pile has been regraded, the ring berm re-established and has been seeded, however the vegetative cover on this
portion of the pile has not yet come in. Despite not having vegetative cover yet, no evidence of erosion was noted.
Topsoil Stockpile D can be seen in Photo Four. Examples of the various other stockpiles can be seen in Photos
Five and Six.
PHOTOGRAPHS
